Roller Bed Conveyor - Incline
The Roller Bed Channel Frame Incline belt conveyor will convey cartons, boxes, etc., floor to floor in either direction at a controlled speed. Among its many uses is to increase elevation in gravity applications. The roller bed incline will convey heavier packages than the slider bed. Each incline conveyor includes a double noseover which provides a horizontal exit.

Belting: PVC 120 black rough top.
Bed: 1.9"x16 gauge galvanized steel roller on 6" centers.
Frame: 3-1/2" 11 gauge steel channel.
Drive Pulley: 8" diameter crowned and lagged with 1-7/16" shaft.
Tail Pulley: 4" diameter crowned with 1-3/16" diameter shaft.
Return Rollers: 1.9" diameter, adjustable for belt tracking.
Take-Up: 12" take-up travel.
Bearings: Sealed and prelubricated with cast iron housings.
Motor: 3/4HP 230/460 3 phase 60HZ TEFC.
Drive: Right hand center drive, allows for reversing.
Noseover: Double noseover included, adjustable from 0-30 degrees.
Belt Speed: 60 FPM constant.
Bed: 3" roller centers.
Guard Rails: 2-1/2" and 3-1/2" fixed channel guards.
Floor Supports: The correct support BF is the belt width plus 3".
Pop-Out Roller: Pop-out roller assemblies are used when other equipment is placed adjacent to the head pulley.
Motor: Other voltages, single phase, energy efficient, invertor duty, etc., as well as horsepower.
Power Feeder: A chain driven power feeder is optional to provide a smooth transition to the incline conveyor.
Belt Speed: Additional constant speeds and variable speed.
Controls: Manual starters, magnetic starters, push button stations, foot pedals, photo eyes, etc.
