Description:

Flow Rails are constructed of standard skatewheels attached to various angle or channel shapes. They are well suited for storage flow racks. For pallet flow, 100 Lb. wheels are recommended. In addition to the models listed, staggered wheels, plastic wheels, and varying lengths are available.

Construction:

Wheels: 1-15/16" diameter wheels; 1/4" ball bearings set in hardened raceway, prelubricated, zinc plated steel. Wheel capacity 75 Lbs. and 100 Lbs. Aluminum wheels are available.
Axles: 1/4" hex head bolts.
Frame: FR2: 3" x 2-1/4" x 2-3/8" x 12 ga. galvanized steel "J" channel.
