Ball Transfer Tables
Ball Transfer Tables are designated by the center to center distance of the ball transfers, the BF (between frame dimension), and the length of the ball transfer table. Standard ball transfer tables are designed to match-up in height with the top of roll of 1.9" diameter roller conveyor frames. If floor supports are required, different height ranges can be acheieved based upon the floor support selected. |

Ball Transfer Inserts
For existing conveyors the Ball Transfer Drop-In Insert Plate allows for the removal of rollers and the insert plates to be "dropped-in" and bolted. The top of roller and ball transfer will match in height for both 1.9" & 1-3/8" roller conveyors set high. Customers can design and build their own ball transfer tables utilizing these inserts. |

Ball Transfer Units
Ball Transfers make light work of directing, shifting, rotating, and turning loads in material handling applications. Ball transfers come in four mounting styles: stud, flange, countersunk, and drop-in. Balls are available in zinc plated carbon steel, stainless steel, or nylon. All ball transfer units are sealed and lubricated for long life except the nylon ball unit. |
