Will I receive a confirmation of my on-line order?
Yes. Within one working day a confirmation will be emailed to you along with an itemized list of the products you ordered and the expected ship date.
Are local, state, or federal taxes included in the purchase price?
Taxes are not included in the purchase price; however, we will add Ohio Sales tax to the invoice, at a rate of 6.75% for all shipments made within Ohio, if we do not have an Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file for you.

How much will it cost to ship the products to my location?
Shipping costs for these types of products varies greatly. The Shipping Charges page enables you to obtain a FedEx Freight estimated shipping charge utilizing Ashland Conveyor Products' discount. You may also choose to select your own freight company, product weights are shown for each item. (Weights do not include packaging.)
How long will it take to receive my order?
All lead-times provided are working days required to prepare your order for shipment. Transit times vary depending upon your location and method of transport.
Can we use our own freight account?
Yes you can use your own freight account if you provide us with the carrier and account information, and we can arrange for the service from our Ashland, Ohio facility.
What do I do if product is damaged during shipment?
You must file a claim with the freight company. Be sure to inspect the shipment carefully before signing any documents.
Will you ship internationally?

Will I be able to install the equipment myself?
Most products are easily assembled and installed by maintenance personnel. Electrical connections required certified electricians. It is your responsibility to be aware of and follow all local, state, and national codes. Installation manuals for many of our products can be viewed on-line.
