What are the acceptable methods of payment?

We accept all the major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Will I receive a confirmation of my on-line order?

Yes. A confirmation will be emailed to you along with an itemized list of the products you ordered.

Are local, state, or federal taxes included in the purchase price?

Taxes are not included in the purchase price; however, we will add Ohio Sales tax to the invoice for all shipments made within Ohio, if we do not have an Ohio Sales Tax Exemption Certificate on file for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All lead-times provided are working days required to prepare your order for shipment. Transit times vary depending upon your location and method of transport.

What do I do if product is damaged during shipment?

You must file a claim with the freight company. Be sure to inspect the shipment carefully before signing any documents.

Are the products I purchase returnable?

All on-line purchases are returnable; there is however a $25 or 25% of purchase price restocking fee, whichever is greater, and the return freight must be prepaid. This assumes the returned product is in "as new" condition. Any return in other than "as new" condition will incur additional charges or will be nonreturnable. Such returns must be made within 30 days of shipment. Products are not returnable without Seller’s prior written approval and associated Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). You must contact a sales representative for a RAN.

Will I be able to install the equipment myself?

Most products are easily assembled and installed by maintenance personnel. Electrical connections required certified electricians. It is your responsibility to be aware of and follow all local, state, and national codes. Installation manuals for many of our products can be viewed on-line.
