How long has Ashland been in business?

Since 1978! We are a highly-experienced company that has old-school ideas about engineering and customer service, but embrace new technology to help our customers move their items more efficiently.

Does Ashland manufacture "smart" conveyance systems?

Yes! Our ProFlex (flexible, extendable and portable) and RigidPro™ (modular, versatile for fixed installation) both use Ashland's smart control technology for greater efficiency and lower power costs.

Does Ashland manufacturer powered conveyance systems?

Yes! Our ProFlex and RigidPro™ models are smart live-roller powered systems. We also have Chain-Driven Live Roller (CDLR) and belt-drive (flat or inclined) systems.

Does Ashland build gravity conveyance systems?

For years, this is what we were known for and we are very good at it. We offer a variety of gravity conveyor types including roller, skatewheel, ball transfer and flow rail. We offer two systems – FlexExtend, which is a flexible, extendable skatewheel system and our Telescoping System that is available with rollers or skatewheels.

Are Ashland products made in the United States?

Yes! Our manufacturing facility is located in Ashland, Ohio.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Ashland is known for short turn around times. Please refer to our Shipping Policy All lead times are given as working/business days and do not include shipping time, national holidays, or weekends. Your lead time will begin the day after your order is placed.

What are the acceptable methods of payment?

We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Will I receive a confirmation of my on-line order?

Yes, a confirmation will be emailed to you along with an itemized list of the products you ordered.

Are local, state, or federal taxes included in the purchase price?

Taxes are not included in the purchase price; however, we will add Ohio Sales tax to the invoice for all shipments delivering to addresses within Ohio. If you are tax exempt, please make sure to submit a tax exemption certificate each time you make a purchase.

What colors are available?

All pricing reflects standard Ashland Conveyor Products dark green. Other colors are available at additional cost and lead-time. If another color is needed, please request a custom quotation through our contact form.

Will I be able to install the equipment myself?

Most standard products are easily assembled and installed by maintenance personnel. Some come ready to use immediately. Electrical connections require certified electricians. It is your responsibility to be aware of and follow all local, state, and national codes. Installation manuals for many of our products can be viewed on-line.
