Refund policy

Refunds
All on-line purchases are returnable; there is however a $25 or 25% of purchase price restocking fee, whichever is greater, and the return freight must be prepaid.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. To start a return, you can contact us at webinquiry@ashlandconveyor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Be sure to inspect the shipment carefully before signing any documents. All damage MUST be noted on the delivery receipt or the delivery needs to be refused in order for the freight company to issue a refund. The purchaser must file the claim with the freight company. Ashland Conveyor Products cannot file freight claims, but can provide assistance if needed.
