Shipping policy

Shipment Processing Time
Lead times for each product is provided in work days (non-holiday weekdays) to shipment. The item with the longest lead time on the order will determine processing time to shipment for the entire order. Your lead time will begin the day after your order is placed.

Lead times are subject to change for large orders. If we cannot meet the lead time that is listed on the website, we will contact you to discuss your order and your options.

Shipment Method
Currently products are shipped via UPS parcel, UPS freight, FedEx parcel, and FedEx freight. The purchaser can choose from any of these services which are available. Due to the nature of our products many may only be shipped via freight because of size and weight.

Shipment Rates and Time
Shipment cost is determined by package dimensions, weight, shipping service and destination. Purchasers receive our volume discount for both UPS and Fedex. Shipment time is dependent upon service and destination.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number(s) and shipping service.
