Conveyor Belt Lacing
Conveyor Belt Lacing allows the belt ends to be connected and disconnected, as opposed to an “endless” belt which is permanently spliced. Ashland has a variety of conveyor belt splicing options that create strong, long-lasting splices. Lacing also allows the belt to be installed on a conveyor without having to disassemble the conveyor system, which can save time and money. Three types of lacing are available: Clipper (low profile – good for package handling), Alligator (low profile – does not require special installation tools) and Ready Set (well suited for conveying heavy or abrasive products).
