Introducing RigidPro, Ashland's modular live roller system that allows you to create a custom, easy to operate, smart conveyor tailored to your operation. RigidPro Systems are built to Ashland’s high-quality standards, providing users with an outstanding ROI and ultra-low maintenance costs.
RigidPro was created based on customer requests for a fixed installation system with similar operating features to ProFelx. RigidPro can operate as a single system or can be easily connected to ProFlex, creating a versatile combination for trailer loading and unloading operations.
RigidPro, which uses Ashland’s smart control technology, is a modular system that can be custom configured for flexible layouts and extensions to match specific conveyance requirements. It’s available with straight, curved, merge and transfer options with three operating modes: Zero Pressure Accumulation (ZPA), Slug and Transportation. The system can be easily updated and expanded as requirements grow.
